In a meager attempt to add some excitement to the cold nights of winter, the blog is born. This has been a year of many beginnings and endings. I must say that I am glad it is nearly over. On my birthday this year, I vowed that this was going to be my year. I was sure of it. Jinx! So I have decided to throw all negative energies away and live by the Five Reiki Principles for health and happiness.
Just for today... I will not be angry, I will not worry, I will be grateful, I will do my work honestly and I will be kind to every living thing.
